From the startup selection process to the post-acceleration, the goal of ShiftT is to strengthen participants and the ecosystem. With each advance, they increase the degree of interaction and access to the tools and skills we will provide so that your startup reaches the next level.

Pre-selection

We will select the registered startups that adhere to the verticals indicated. Unclassified startups will receive personalized feedback, being able to improve their approach and/or review value proposition for next opportunities.

Pre-pitch

The startup will make a 10-minute pitch for the ShiftT team to confirm the synergies and mutual benefit of the acceleration program. Here, even before formal approval, your startup already receives its first mentoring.

Pitch Day

The presentations to Tupy executives will provide visibility and relevant contacts. For future opportunities, all startups are included in the company's Open Innovation platform. Whoever has the greatest capacity to generate value together with Tupy will go ahead.

Pre-acceleration

The integrity of our values once again materializes at this stage. It only makes sense to follow if it's good for both of us. At this point we introduce the program and align schedule, expectations, scope, and compensation.

Acceleration

At this stage, where it will already be remunerated, the startup will receive mentoring and learn deeply about Tupy’s universe while developing a proof of concept, validating business model and/or improving its technology.

Post-acceleration

Reaching the maximum level of our Program, your business becomes part of Tupy's supplier base and, if there is mutual interest, you can be referred to Tupy Ventures for investment discussion.
